Bond or Bondage?
When we purposefully place ourselves in spaces with like-minded people who are also craving to grow, shift, and align. We lean into JOY, and joy feels good. By doing this, we support our goals and ambitions that help us experiment and test - What feels good and what does not. (Take notice of your body's emotional and physical responses).

By learning how to regulate and soothe your nervous system, the wisdom you gain will support you in recurring patterns that feel ikey or out of alignment. Especially when defining moments happen. You will gain self expansion by feeding parts of your body & mind with new resources to lean into.
How does one get out of these patterns?
By practicing positive habits. Instead of sitting in the stands and watching others soak in happiness, get out on the court and move. Welcome new opportunities (that take hard work), but they invite new responses into your flow 🌊 instead of falling into a default response.
What is embodiment awareness coaching?
It's connecting to the energetic branches inside one's self. What you think, say, and do. From there, it's living through integrity from those energectic branches. From our inner voice- it's truly learning how to CONSCIOUSLY be aware.
CONSCIOUSLY letting our thoughts and words touch our hearts BEFORE they reach our lips or fingertips.
(Much easier said than done at times. 🙃)
When you're falling off the track, having the wisdom of knowing how to get back on the track is key. This wisdom comes from having hardship, stress, anxiety, and pain, and turning those things into insight and leaning into your power, your inner voice, faith, and intuition.
Good decisions don't have to be difficult. Inner peace is just on the other side of bondage. Joy is just on the other side of stress. You deserve to be happy.
