Your Roadmap.

Are you a high achieving woman who craves authenticity, BIG talk (no fluff) real life, the good, the bad and the ugly? All the things that happen throughout a Momma’s life. From relationships, health and wellness to partners, careers and finances? More importantly, having the opportunity to dig deep inside yourself and find out WHY you’re not living the life you want out loud and HOW to change it. When we reset our mindset, we are helping our children too.

The basis of this program is founded on 5 pillars of growth:


Step 1.Plan | Make an agreement with yourself.  “I’m going to do this for ME and the future of my lineage.” We make time in our busy lives when we know positive CHANGE will carry on for generations. For long term peace, health and happiness for ourselves and our children.

Step 2. Practice | Practicing conscious methods in a supportive,  like-minded community of high achieving, empowered women who want their moral compass to speak volumes instead of it hiding tucked away somewhere in your body.  Breaking free from daily stressors, life traumas, the cookie cutter way and leveling up soulfully to live in your truth, speak your voice, create your own traditions, changes and lifestyle that have a positive effect on your children. Discovering  they have the freedom to make these choices too.

A. Movement: Daily physical movement.  From walking to running, yoga to cardio, stretching and moving.  Movement is medicine. Movement supports your body inwardly.  It's giving your body love and gratitude for everything it does for you.  Movement does not mean you have to spend an hour in an exercise class.  Movement can be 15 minutes a day.  Everyday. 

B. Mindfulness: Mindfulness means learning to BE in the moment.  Mindfulness exercises include listening to music and actually experiencing it.  What instruments do you hear? What is the song writer’s story about and how does it align with you?  Why do you like a particular song?  Mindfulness also includes practices like simple meditation, breathing exercises, observing your inner experience while watching a movie. Narrowing down daily healthy routines, and including your children in them too. Learning how to relieve stress when in a stressful situation.  (If you’re brought to it, you will get through it.) The universe has a way of giving us all silver-linings and lessons.  What we do with them is a choice.

C. Leadership: As you’re moving and grooving in this positive force field, you are going to be creating an awesome amount of energy within yourself.  What are we going to do with that energy? Motivate our self-awareness, attitude, gratitude,  practicing active listening, developing new skills- while bringing visions, desires and dreams into goals- into real time life. You're a leader, because you’re a woman who wants MORE.  And as high achieving women, we want what’s best for ourselves, our families and most of all, our children.  We need to find out what’s best for us so we can lead them in a positive, healthy direction for themselves. 

Step 3.Patience |Organize your tool kit.| As you move through this self-growth program, your children will be watching and growing alongside you.  As you begin to shift fixed mindsets- doors are opening, space is clearing, for you and for your children, and future lineage. 

Step 4.Progress | Tracking your growth mindset.  In order to level up, clear out space and make room for all the good stuff we have to know where we are, where we came from and WHO we are.  It’s important to track the bumps in the road you may hit, the ebbs and flows of emotions that stumble on our road, as we release the dramas and traumas that we do not want in our lives anymore. Through a daily achievement goal sheet, you will have access to record your daily goals, failures and ugh moments.

Step 5.Repeat | Triggered areas in your life.  What triggers you?  A violent movie? The news? Your child’s sports coach? Do you know WHY you are triggered and WHEN? The coaching that is covered in my 1:1 Personal Coaching programs will bring out some “stuff” (good and bad, ugly and joyful).  You will repeat the roadmap over and over within these walls of your life.  Breaking them down with a sledge hammer one wall at a time, opening up the space and making room for more love and happiness you desired within.  

This is a lifestyle strategy to form an agreement with yourself- connecting inward in order to impact your life and those surrounding you-> especially your children and future lineage.   This program is designed to continuously evolve uniting your ego-self and your soul-self together, aligned and working in sync as one. 

Progress is attained by how much you show up and commit to the practice
